Using JoVE Quiz in an LMS

JoVE Quiz can be used in popular LMSes like Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, Brightspace etc. using SCORM packages or using JoVE LTI (if your institute has JoVE LTI setup)

Using JoVE LTI

• Within an LMS, you can import JoVE Quizzes using JoVE LTI.

• You can then choose Jove LTI tool as shown below -

• Click on 'Continue in a new window' to continue -

• The choose 'Quiz' and select the quiz you want to add to your LMS -

Using a SCORM package

• You can download a SCORM package for your quiz under 'My Quizzes' -

• Upload the SCORM in your LMS to conduct a quiz (example - Canvas)

• Once uploaded, the SCORM can be then assigned to your students within your course.

Please note that the grades and results for SCORM quizzes are not synced back to app.jove.com. They are only synced to the gradebook within your LMS.
